A Colorful Guizhou Airlines A320neo aircraft landed smoothly at Seoul's Incheon International Airport on June 11, marking the successful completion of the airline's maiden flight on the Guiyang–Seoul international route.

This is the third international route operated by Colorful Guizhou Airlines, following its stable operations on the Guiyang–Hanoi and Guiyang–Ho Chi Minh City routes. The new route adds an additional air corridor to support Guizhou's opening-up and deeper international cultural exchanges.
In the near term, the route will operate charter flights. Outbound flight GY705 departs from Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport at 11:55 pm Beijing time and arrives at Seoul Incheon International Airport at 5 am local time. The return flight, GY706, departs Seoul at 7 am local time and lands in Guiyang at 9:50 am Beijing time.
The well-coordinated flight schedule allows for efficient overnight travel, saving time and making business and tourism between the two cities more convenient. It also helps further enhance economic, trade, and cultural connections between Guizhou and South Korea.
Seoul, capital of South Korea, is a major international aviation hub and an economic and cultural hub of East Asia. In recent years, cooperation between Guizhou and South Korea in areas such as culture, tourism, trade, and investment has grown increasingly close. South Korea has become one of Guizhou's important source markets for inbound tourism.
