Guiyang Free Trade Zone (FTZ) in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has introduced a streamlined policy fulfillment model to drive industrial growth through technological innovation.
For the first time, the zone is utilizing the "Guishangyi" platform to distribute 1.4 million yuan ($203,620) in incentive funds to six newly recognized high-tech enterprises and 20 companies that achieved management system certifications in 2025.
Under this new model, eligible companies receive automatic notifications and can confirm their details in a mobile app to receive their policy rewards without submitting a single piece of paperwork.
This pilot digitizes the entire lifecycle from precision targeting and online confirmation to the public posting of results with a closed-loop data management system, making every step searchable and traceable, reducing the administrative burden on enterprises while boosting efficiency and transparency.
