Four enterprises in Guiyang Free Trade Zone (Guiyang FTZ) — Guizhou Junda Machinery Manufacturing Co, CRRC Guiyang Rolling Stock Co, Guizhou Kailangde Electric Power Technology Co, and Guizhou Zhidang Technology Co — were recently certified as high-tech enterprises by the national high-tech enterprise certification management leading group, bringing the total number of certified enterprises in the zone to six.
Since 2025, Guiyang FTZ has accelerated the cultivation and application of high-tech enterprises by focusing on technological innovation and increasing approval rates through a series of targeted service measures.
Training sessions were organized based on the latest provincial and municipal policies for high-tech enterprise applications, clarified annual application deadlines and requirements, and conducted in-person specialized training for key technology enterprises.
Guiyang FTZ also conducted surveys of enterprises that failed to pass the 2024 application review, those due for annual re-evaluation this year, and large-scale enterprises engaged in R&D activities, establishing and updating the 2025 high-tech enterprise cultivation pool list to provide categorized management and targeted services.
The zone conducted eight on-site visits throughout the year, providing specialized guidance on core certification requirements, including R&D expense aggregation, intellectual property portfolio planning, and technology commercialization.
Guiyang FTZ will continue to optimize its innovation ecosystem to encourage more enterprises to apply for high-tech enterprises, thereby providing robust technological support for the zone's high-quality economic development.
