The Data Cross Border Service Innovation Center (Hangzhou Center), jointly built by Guizong Cross Border Data Service Technology in Guiyang Free Trade Zone (Guiyang FTZ) and Triumpher Steel Construction Group, was inaugurated in Hangzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, on Oct 20.
The center will be committed to solving the cross-border data flow difficulties in high-end manufacturing, construction engineering, and other fields through "joint construction of the center + technical exchange + demand docking".
Guizong Cross Border Data Service Technology is Guizhou's only State-owned enterprise focusing on cross-border data services. It is fully committed to solving problems such as secure transfer and high compliance costs in the cross-border data flow links of enterprises and is a pioneer in the field of cross-border data flow in Guizhou.
Triumpher Steel Construction Group is a high-end manufacturing enterprise in Zhejiang's steel structure field. It has more than 30 years of development history and has been rated as a national high-tech enterprise for many consecutive years. Currently, its projects have been extended to various countries.
The two companies formed a relationship at this year's China International Big Data Industry Expo and then began to explore cross-border data scenarios. They conducted many in-depth exchanges on building a cross-border data flow service innovation center under the "enclave model", and agreed to leverage their respective strengths to jointly develop a cross-border data flow ecosystem.
