To enhance the quality and efficiency of tax services, the tax bureau of Guiyang Free Trade Zone (Guiyang FTZ) implements various strategies to provide targeted support for new enterprises.
With a majority of new enterprises being sole proprietorships and small-scale VAT taxpayers, the bureau has used data analysis to deliver over 1,000 tax policies.
By utilizing various online platforms, the bureau has addressed tax-related concerns, identified pain points, and conducted over 50 online guidance sessions, resolving nearly 30 specific issues. The bureau has also collaborated with tax authorities in other districts and counties to facilitate cross-regional coordination.
Through on-site visits and phone consultations, the bureau has listened to enterprise needs, focusing on high-frequency tax matters, and offered end-to-end services, helping new enterprises quickly adapt to tax procedures.
Moving forward, the bureau will continue to innovate its tax services by offering comprehensive, one-on-one support to new enterprises.
