A batch of distinctive Guizhou products, consolidated in Guiyang Free Trade Zone (Guiyang FTZ), was exported to Australia on July 24 via the cross-border e-commerce 9810 model. This marks the zone's first 9810-mode export since China abolished overseas warehouse filing requirements for cross-border e-commerce in 2024.
Under China's 9810 policy, exporters can claim tax rebates immediately after goods depart, with final adjustments based on actual sales: a "declare first, reconcile later" approach that boosts cash flow.
The shipment included over 10 categories, such as condiments, ethnic handicrafts, and specialty agricultural products. With the 9810 model's policy advantages – reduced capital pressure and streamlined business scaling – the initiative helps more Guizhou products go global.
Guiyang Customs has supported this effort, providing end-to-end guidance to exporters, optimizing workflows, and maximizing Guiyang FTZ's consolidation benefits. For this multi-category, multi-origin shipment, customs pioneered inter-regional collaboration and a 24/7 "customs-enterprise hotline" to ensure zero-delay clearance.
This milestone reflects Guiyang's maturing cross-border e-commerce ecosystem. Guiyang FTZ will collaborate with tax, customs, and logistics partners to refine services and expand overseas markets for Guizhou's products.
