The Guiyang Free Trade Zone in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, recently released various policies to encourage investors, agencies and companies to attract investment oriented toward the market.
The policies aim to bring more domestically and internationally famous companies and elites to the zone and regulate key investment areas, investment attraction entities, reward principles, and reward standards.
According to the policies, the government will entrust business associations, financial institutions, agencies, industrial research and consulting service institutions, and domestic and international companies to attract investment.
The investment attraction will focus on manufacturing projects such as electronic information manufacturing, advanced equipment manufacturing, and green food, as well as modern service projects such as cross-border e-commerce and currency settlement.
For manufacturing and modern service projects, Guiyang FTZ will offer awards according to fixed asset investment and economic contribution.
Qualified manufacturing projects will receive a reward of up to 5 million yuan ($734,204) and modern service projects will receive a reward of up to 1 million yuan.
The policies will be on trial for one year. For more information, please refer to the investment promotion bureau of Guiyang FTZ.
