The Guiyang Free Trade Zone – located in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – recently released a talent attraction plan for 2022-25, focusing on hiring staff for new projects, training and talent service.
The recruitment plan estimates that by 2025, the Guiyang FTZ is expected to have more than 10,000 talents – so the quality of talent needs to be improved and the structure of the workforce optimized.
What's more, the Guiyang FTZ will act to improve its systems of talent teams, HR policies and recruitment platforms. In this way, the zone is expected to attract, train and employ more first-class, innovative and young people.
