A sales return center for cross-border e-commerce firms in Guiyang Free Trade Zone (Guiyang FTZ) in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, officially started operations this month.
The center covers an area of 900 square meters, and is used for storing and sorting returned products. Products can be returned and go back on the shelf in one or two working days – a process which used to take up to four days.
After a one-month trial period, the center has demonstrated its ability to cut costs and save time for Guiyang FTZ's cross-border e-commerce companies, improved consumer satisfaction, and made shopping more convenient.
