Updated: 2020-01-02 09:41:13

A cross-border e-commerce consumer activity will be launched at the Guiyang Free Trade Zone (FTZ), Southwest China's Guizhou province, Jan 10 and will last until Jan 14.

Comprised of imported bonded goods demonstrations and sales, and cross-border e-commerce goods shopping, the activity is expected to allow consumers to enjoy fast and convenient customs clearance through ordering online and receiving offline.

The first major cross-border e-commerce consumer activity held in Guizhou, the event will be spotlighted by a display showcasing Guizhou's development in foreign trade, import business and construction of bonded platforms.

Visitors will gain better insights into Guizhou's achievements in high-level opening-up and high-quality development, as well as enjoy preferential prices brought about by the advancement of e-commerce.

Guiyang FTZ, while implementing a cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone and  high-quality development of its comprehensive bonded zone, will also explore new ways to demonstrate bonded and cross-border trade business and the outward economy.

With a variety of brand goods in more than 10 categories, including mother and baby products, healthcare products, beverages and fruit, visitors are expected to purchase imported goods with preferential prices and genuine quality to prepare for the upcoming Spring Festival, which falls on Jan 25.
