Six mechanisms provide good services for enterprises

Guiyang Free Trade Zone in Southwest China's Guizhou province has deepened reform to streamline administration, delegate powers and improve regulations and services, in an effort to improve its business environment. 

As the first FTZ in Guizhou province approved by the State Council (Sept 14, 2013), Guiyang FTZ has established some effective mechanisms to provide considerate services for enterprises. 

The zone has designated special contacts for ledger services for key enterprises, contributing ideas and suggestions. At present, 12 contacts have been cleared to provide services for 33 enterprises, with more than 40 suggestions. 

An information management mechanism has been set up to collect, analyze and integrate service information to provide one-stop services for enterprises. Through information management, more than 130 demands from enterprises have been connected, handled and given feedback in a timely manner. 

The FTZ has established a coordinated, connected mechanism to solve difficulties and problems for enterprises, so far holding 22 meetings and solving 38 problems. A total of 62 affairs can be dealt with at one time and 119 affairs can be handled online. 

At present, 123 enterprises have been connected to the zone's online service system, through which they can deal with affairs in one day. 

Excellent enterprises in the zone are expected to receive incentives due to their social and tax contributions. More than 40 million yuan ($5.72 million) in funding has been requested for the development of Hanergy high-end equipment manufacturing, a Guiyang-Dulaying special line for cargo transport and Guizhou Mingzhitianxia Tea Co. 

Guiyang FTZ has always provided constant support for enterprises in settlements, foreign exchanges, and talents recruitment and training. It has launched 10 measures to stimulate opening-up and innovative development. 

An application training course was launched on Oct 25, with more than 30 high-tech enterprises taking part. 

In the meantime, an inspection mechanism has been established to check the effect of support services for enterprises. In 2019, 33 key enterprises received door-to-door services.
