It's estimated that this project will take three years to form an intelligent portable equipment manufacturing base producing, for instance, intelligent bracelets and watches. This project has a planned factory area of 100,000 sq m and will be in two stages. The first stage will conduct manufacturing based on 80,000 sq m of standard factories (including working places) in the tariff-free zone's net zone. The second stage will build 20,000 sq m factories (including working places) outside the net zone.
